FDIS offers a program for Non-U.S. Merchants who want to do business in the United States, accept keyed transactions and offer products via mail order/telephone order (MOTO) and the Internet. Non-U.S. Merchants must have a U.S. bank account, U.S. address, and a U.S. phone number.
